Mark your calendar for the 2025 exhibition celebration for Green Over Grey: The Art of Adaptation.

Green Over Grey: The Art of Adaptation invites hope amidst the challenges of the Anthropocene, a time marked by human impact on Earth. Yet, it also highlights Nature’s resilience and ability to thrive despite these challenges. This exhibition, featuring artwork by Dane County high school artists, explores eco-anxiety, fantastical elements, and Nature’s adaptability. Organized by MMoCA’s Teen Forum, the exhibition was conceived, planned, and installed with guidance from the Museum’s Education department.

The Teen Forum is made possible by Shirley A. Kubly’s estate gift, and support from the Nimick Forbesway Foundation, Nancy Mohs, U.S. Bank Foundation, The CapTimes Kids Fund, and an anonymous donor.
