The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art hosted its third celebration of Hair Affair: The Art of Hair on Thursday, April 25, 2013. During the Hair Affair event, artful and outrageous hair sculptures, designed by premier Madison-area salons, took center-stage as models descended the museum’s stunning glass staircase and mingled with guests in the MMoCA lobby. Hair designs reflected the theme for 2013: Time Travel. The evening also featured grooves from DJ Nick Nice, seasonal hors d’oeuvres from Fresco, cocktails, and a silent auction filled with enticing items.
Ticket sales benefited MMoCA’s free exhibitions and education programs.
Hair Affair 2013 featured the creative talents of fifteen area stylists and salons. Learn more.
