MMoCA and Overture Center for the Arts ushered in the 2011 Holiday Art Fair with many new exhibitors and features, including the Casas for CASA gingerbread house decorating contest and display, and Madison Youth Choir’s annual concerts. The fair’s favorite traditions returned, including the Friday evening Opening Reception, the silent auction, the Gourmet Gallery, the Rediscovered Art & Treasures Sale, and performances by local arts organizations. Fairgoers shopped with a ‘holiday spirit’ in the air and commented on the high quality of the artworks for sale.
The Holiday Art Fair takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving each year. In 2012, the fair will take place Friday, November 16th through Sunday, November 18th.
