From beginners to seasoned practitioners, everyone is welcome to participate in this friendly Vinyasa yoga class in MMoCA’s Main Galleries. Katie Doyle, MSW from Insight Counseling and Wellness will lead you through a gentle and reflective hour-long class. Participants are expected to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes to move in, and an open heart. Space is limited for this free class. Advanced registration is required.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Katie Doyle MSW (she, her, hers)
Katie completed her 200-hour teacher training at Perennial in 2018 after experiencing the powerful benefits of yoga in her own practice. In 2019 she also obtained her Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Louisville with specializations in mental health and alcohol & drug counseling. She has worked most extensively with people with substance use disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. Katie’s yoga teaching style is gentle and reflective, with attempts at humor and plenty of options. She strives to create classes that guide you toward feeling grounded, empowered, and more in love with the light you hold within.
