Designed to be accessible to all abilities, this unique guided meditation class led by Kim Kies of Insight Counseling and Wellness taps into your body, mind, emotions, and sense of spirit to help you relax, reduce stress, and practice mindfulness. Seating is provided, comfortable clothing is encouraged.

About the Instructor
Mary Hall, LPC-IT, C-IAYT (she, her, hers)
Mary Hall has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has experienced firsthand its profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about sharing these practices and currently teaches a variety of class styles, including Chair Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Yin, Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and meditation techniques. Intrigued by the healing potential of yoga, Mary became a certified yoga therapist in 2022 and has also trained in complementary modalities such as Reiki and iRest Meditation. Mary’s teaching and therapeutic style is trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-centered. She gently guides individuals to explore movement, mindfulness, and breath as tools for healing and self-discovery.
