Guided Meditation in the Galleries
Saturday, April 11 • 1–1:30 PM • Main Galleries • Free Admission • Advance Registration Required

Designed to be accessible to all abilities, this unique guided meditation class led by Kim Kies of Insight Counseling and Wellness taps into your body, mind, emotions, and sense of spirit to help you relax, reduce stress, and practice mindfulness. Seating is provided, comfortable clothing is encouraged.

About the Instructor

Kim Kies PhD, C-IAYT (she, her, hers)
Kim is a certified yoga therapist with additional training and certifications in clinical somatics education, mind-body medicine, meditation, and wellness coaching. She also has a PhD in Human Science and Master’s in public health, bringing her knowledge of health behavior change, Integral Practices, Transformative Learning, and spirituality into play. Her intentions are to help you to tap into your body, mind, emotions, and sense of spirit to help you explore and become empowered to act upon your full potential. Her expertise with clinical somatics education (based in neuromuscular re-education) is especially helpful with relieving chronic pain, tension or dysfunctional use patterns. Kim aims to tailor yogic-based practices and what they offer for you, making them accessible to all.
