Who We Are

Edition MMoCA brings together art enthusiasts with the common interest of expanding their relationship with contemporary art and the museum. Edition membership is open to all MMoCA members.

What We Do

Edition MMoCA provides opportunities to learn about art collecting and contemporary art with unique events throughout the year:

• Behind-the-scenes tours of MMoCA's major exhibitions.
• Tours of galleries, artist studios, and private contemporary art collections.
• An annual fundraiser, benefiting MMoCA's permanent collection.
• Hands-on educational events to explore the techniques and processes of art-making.
• A “how-to-collect” breakfast presentation and media-specific tours at MMoCA's Art Fair on the Square.

How to Join

To join Edition MMoCA, add $50 to the cost of your Madison Museum of Contemporary Art membership. Funds raised by Edition membership and events support the museum's permanent collection. Benefits of membership include:

• Complimentary or discounted access to monthly Edition events for you and a guest.
• Subscription to Edition's quarterly e-newsletter.
• Discounted tickets to Edition's annual museum fundraiser.

Edition MMoCA also invites members to participate on its planning committees:

• Steering Committee—Plans and implements all Edition activities as well as recruits and maintains membership.
• Membership and Communications Committee—Attracts and maintains Edition members, through news releases, event notifications, and Edition's quarterly e-newsletter.
• Event Planning Committee—Organizes monthly events as well as a large annual fundraiser.
