The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art hosted its second celebration of Hair Affair: The Art of Hair on April 28, 2011.
Exotic and artful hair sculptures designed by premier Madison-area salons took center-stage as models descended the museum’s stunning glass staircase and mingled with guests in the MMoCA lobby. Hair designs reflected the theme for 2011: Fantasy and Fairytales.
The evening also featured grooves from DJ Nick Nice, seasonal hors d’oeuvres from Fresco, cocktails, and a silent auction of pampering- and entertainment-inspired packages.
Ticket sales benefited MMoCA’s free exhibitions and education programs.
