Application Deadline for Holiday Art Fair

Application Deadline for Holiday Art Fair is May 28, 2010

MADISON, WI—The Art League of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA) invites artists to apply for the Holiday Art Fair to be held November 19-21, 2010. The deadline for application is May 28, 2010. Artists may apply online through zapplication or download an application from the museum’s website.

A cherished Madison tradition, Holiday Art Fair will celebrate its 40th anniversary this year. The fair provides shoppers with an opportunity to purchase unique gifts in a stunning architectural space. This juried show, featuring distinguished artists, is as sophisticated as its setting: the Cesar Pelli-designed Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and Overture Center for the Arts.

In addition to 100 artists exhibiting ceramics, fiber art, glass, jewelry, paintings, prints, photographs, and more, the event also features live entertainment and holiday refreshments.

Artists with questions about the fair should call Elizabeth Tucker, Director of Events, at 608.257.0158 x 231.

Funds raised through the Holiday Art Fair benefit the exhibitions and education programs of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and Overture Center for the Arts.
